Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant will gather requirements, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, and support testing and training to help clients adopt effective CRM/CX solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and configuration decisions
- Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features, including model-driven apps, dashboards, and business process flows
- Prepare functional design documents, training materials, and support backlog refinement and testing activities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or comparable CRM platforms
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, and Power Automate
- Ability to produce clear documentation and effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of agile delivery and change/adoption fundamentals
- Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications preferred
