D365 CE Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a D365 CE Functional Consultant for a remote contract opportunity, this role will manage the rollout, stabilization, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, including leading requirements workshops and configuring solutions across multiple business units with occasional travel for key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery workshops to gather and document business processes and functional requirements
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 CE features, including entities, forms, workflows, and integrations with other systems
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing training and best-practice guidance while ensuring adherence to CRM governance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
- Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Hybrid delivery models
