Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time D365 CE Functional Consultant will gather requirements, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, and assist clients in adopting effective CRM/CX solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and configuration decisions
- Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features, including model-driven apps, dashboards, and security roles
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials while maintaining requirements traceability
Required qualifications
- 3+ years' experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or comparable CRM platforms
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration
- Ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, and change/adoption fundamentals
- Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications preferred
