D365 Finance Support Consultant

Job Summary

Providing post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management clients, the full-time D365 Finance Support Consultant will investigate issues, coordinate enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the service desk team, delivering functional support for clients using D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure effective transitions from project delivery to ongoing client support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications for system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Two to four years of functional consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• At least two years of experience providing application or post-implementation support in a client-facing environment
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of finance and supply chain processes
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
