D365 F&O Support Consultant

Job Summary

To support clients post-implementation, the full-time D365 F&O Support Consultant will provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, investigate and resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance system performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post-implementation functional support for clients using D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing client support
• Investigate client issues and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability and business processes

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• Two to four years of functional consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• At least two years of experience providing application or post-implementation support in a client-facing environment
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of finance and supply chain processes
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
