D365 F&O Support Consultant

Job Summary

Providing post-implementation support for clients, the full-time D365 F&O Support Consultant will manage complex support cases, coordinate enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management clients
• Own and resolve complex support cases, coordinating with functional, technical, and client resources
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on system performance and usability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of functional consulting, implementation, or application support experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• At least three years of post-implementation, managed services, or service desk experience in a client-facing environment
• Deep functional knowledge in D365 Finance or Supply Chain Management areas with an understanding of cross-functional processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements analysis, solution design, and stakeholder communication with limited supervision
