Job Summary
Transforming business requirements into innovative solutions, the full-time D365 Senior System Analyst will lead advanced business systems analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365, engaging with stakeholders to enhance processes and system performance in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex requirements gathering and business process analysis across multiple functional areas
- Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise systems, providing analytical leadership on cross-functional projects and operational readiness activities
- Evaluate organizational needs and recommend strategic technology and process improvement solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and five years of analyst experience in complex IT environments, or eight years of relevant experience
- Experience with Project Management methodologies and large project teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations and upgrades
- Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts and project teams
