Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote D365 Solutions Architect will design solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, and Business Central, ensuring effective integration and reliability while collaborating with various business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document solutions, including data models and technical specifications, for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
- Implement integration architecture and monitoring for reliable data synchronization across systems
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess needs and propose effective solutions, including acquisition onboarding playbooks
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, or Business Central solutions with detailed documentation
- Extensive knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, security roles, and business rules
- Integration design experience with Dynamics 365 applications and error handling mechanisms
- Hands-on development skills in C# plugins, JavaScript web resources, and Power Automate
- Experience with Git and GitHub for version control and deployment pipelines
