Job Summary
To support an upcoming Manufacturing project, the remote Darija Linguist will provide translation, editing, MTPE, and QA services, focusing on English to Darija (Moroccan Arabic) language pairs.
Key responsibilities
- Translate and edit documents from English to Darija (Moroccan Arabic) with a focus on manufacturing topics
- Perform MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing) and quality assurance on translated content
- Utilize MemoQ software to manage translation workflows and deliver high-quality outputs
Required qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Darija (Moroccan Arabic)
- Proven experience in translation and review specifically for Moroccan Darija
- Familiarity with manufacturing terminology and content
- Experience using MemoQ software for translation tasks
- Availability to take on assignments as per client needs
