Job Summary
Coordinating technical intake and legal compliance, the full-time Data Acquisition Support Specialist will manage workflows for acquiring and integrating third-party data assets while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical intake prerequisites for new data providers with the Data Ingestion team
- Track the lifecycle of data acquisition agreements and maintain technical documentation for data feeds
- Monitor vendor performance metrics against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reconcile vendor usage with procurement and finance
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data acquisition, vendor management, or data governance roles
- Hands-on experience with data products, licensing models, and data integration solutions
- Comfort navigating data structures, APIs, and file delivery methods
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex licensing agreements and usage metrics
- Excellent communication skills for articulating data availability and licensing constraints to non-technical stakeholders
