Job Summary
Owning the review, acquisition, and management of consumer purchase data partners, the full-time Data Acquisition Specialist will identify and acquire high-quality CPG purchase datasets from various sources while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential sources of CPG purchase and transaction data
- Manage the end-to-end data acquisition process, including contracting and ongoing data management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill data requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data acquisition, data partnerships, or related fields
- Experience with CPG, retail, or consumer transaction data
- Strong understanding of data-provider ecosystems and third-party data licensing
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or data technologies is a plus
- Ability to translate business and analytical requirements into clear data specifications
