Job Summary
To support efforts in collecting and integrating member data for regulatory programs, the full-time remote Data Acquisition Support role will analyze clinical data, educate members on data capture methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL and data processing technology to investigate client data discrepancies and provide feedback reports
- Deliver member education on data acquisition methods and develop project plans for timely interface development
- Streamline analysis processes through automation and serve as a liaison between account managers and IT staff
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of applicable work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using database technology for analytics and reporting, including MS Excel, Access, SQL, and XML
- Knowledge of healthcare quality measures and electronic health record standards
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
