Job Summary
Leading complex client engagements across the Americas, the full-time salaried Data & AI Director will shape strategic pursuits, serve as a technical lead on client projects, and enhance solution quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Data & AI pursuits from qualification through signed SOW, shaping solutions and modeling economics
- Serve as technical lead on two client engagements, owning architecture, technical risk, and quality
- Develop reusable assets and reference architectures to support practice scalability and enhance client delivery
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI, with at least 5 years in consulting or client-facing roles
- Hands-on expertise in AI and modern data platform architecture, capable of leading technical teams
- Deep experience with Databricks, Google Cloud, or Microsoft data and AI platforms
- Proven track record in shaping and winning enterprise pursuits, including solutioning and presenting to executives
- Experience delivering data or AI projects for industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, or distribution sectors
