Job Summary
Leading complex client engagements across the Americas, the full-time salaried Data & AI Director will shape strategic pursuits, serve as a technical lead on projects, and enhance solution quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Data & AI pursuits from qualification through signed SOW, including shaping solutions and making go/no-go decisions
- Serve as technical lead on two client engagements, overseeing architecture, technical risk, and quality
- Develop reusable assets and reference architectures to support the practice's growth and enhance client delivery
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in data, analytics, and AI, with at least 5 years in consulting or client-facing roles
- Hands-on experience in AI solution design and modern data platform architecture
- Deep experience with Databricks, Google Cloud, or Microsoft data and AI platforms
- Proven track record of shaping and winning enterprise pursuits and presenting to executive buyers
- Experience delivering data or AI work for industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, or distribution sectors
