Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Data & AI Solution Engineer will design, deliver, and operate production-grade data and AI solutions while working remotely, focusing on both client delivery and internal data analytics projects across various cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines for batch and streaming workloads
- Build, train, and evaluate machine learning and generative AI solutions, ensuring they are reliable and maintainable
- Integrate and clean internal data, establishing a single source of truth for analytics and reporting
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years in software and platform engineering with experience in collaborative software development
- Hands-on experience building production data and ML solutions in cloud environments, particularly with Databricks
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with solid software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure as code, as well as containerization and automated deployment
- Practical experience using agentic coding tools to enhance software development processes
