Data Analysis Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the efficacy of the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline, the remote, full-time Manager, Data and Analysis will oversee data management infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and compliance while leading analysis and reporting efforts to inform decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Hotline's data collection systems and ensure compliance with data governance standards
• Conduct multi-layered data analysis to identify trends and inform program decisions, while designing performance dashboards for diverse audiences
• Lead the development of various reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and alignment with stakeholder requirements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, social science, statistics, data science, or a related field
• Minimum four years of experience in data and statistical analysis, with at least one year in a call center or hotline environment
• Proven experience in managing teams focused on data utilization and reporting
• Training or experience in visual design and data visualization
• Proficiency in data collection platforms and reporting tools
