Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Data Analyst I will support the collection, maintenance, validation, analysis, and reporting of testing and assessment data while working in a professional environment in Durham, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update assessment and testing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Assist in analyzing testing and operational data, generating standardized and ad hoc reports for internal departments and clients
- Support database maintenance and write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, data administration, or database management, with relevant internships or academic projects preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAS programming and SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Understanding of data confidentiality and security requirements
