Data Analyst 2

Job Summary

Joining the IT Governance team in a full-time remote role, the Data Analyst 2 will analyze data using SQL, verify data engineering solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance data capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate testing activities and support business acceptance readiness through implementation support and issue resolution
• Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and service improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and three years of relevant experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or data analysis; or six years of equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI
• Experience managing requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in developing and maintaining business process documentation and technical specifications
