Data Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on delivering actionable insights, the full-time remote Data Analyst will produce daily reports, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and build forecasting models to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Produce daily reports and dashboards that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain KPI and SLA monitoring to ensure productivity and operational consistency
- Develop forecasting models and staffing heat maps for strategic planning and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and complex data manipulation
- Experience with BI and reporting tools, particularly Zendesk Explore; Tableau experience is a plus
- Direct experience with workforce management concepts and staffing analytics
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong command of KPI monitoring with a focus on data integrity and accuracy
