Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Analyst will analyze financial and real estate data to provide actionable insights, focusing on financial modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models and reporting solutions for real estate analysis
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and automate reporting processes using BI tools
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 2-4+ years of experience in data analytics or financial analysis
- Proficiency with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Strong SQL skills and experience with financial modeling and large datasets
- Understanding of real estate financial metrics such as IRR, NOI, and cash flow analysis
