Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing AI-integrated Talent Cloud, the full-time remote Data Analyst will build and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring reliability and accessibility while enabling self-service analytics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed in assigned business functions to understand priorities and proactively identify analytical opportunities
- Build dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights and support strategic planning
- Train business partners on self-service analytics tools and ensure consistent interpretation of metrics
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical role
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to structure complex analyses independently
- Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proficiency in R or Python for automated data processing and statistical modeling
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
