Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Insights team within the Product Insights department, the full-time Data Analyst will manage data deliverables, quality control, and analysis for assigned projects in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own crosstabs, data tables, and analysis of survey data to identify patterns and notable findings
- Validate dataset deliverables to ISO 20252 standards and provide quality-check feedback
- Support survey design and data planning, ensuring alignment with research objectives and managing survey test links
Required qualifications
- Two-year degree or higher in Market Research Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent
- 2+ years of data processing or analyst experience, preferably with client-ready data deliverables
- Working knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, and applied problem solving
- Experience with at least one analytical tool such as JMP, SPSS, R, Python, or SAS
- Proficiency with CRM programs, survey tools, and advanced Excel skills for data management
