Job Summary

Managing data quality and intake processes, the full-time Data Analyst will facilitate discussions with healthcare data carriers, conduct data quality checks, and support data transformation efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Host and facilitate discussions with healthcare data carriers to manage data intake and confirm client requirements
• Perform data quality checks and write specifications for data transformation to ensure accuracy in the healthcare data warehouse
• Analyze raw data using SQL, identifying root causes of issues and assisting with the automation of internal processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience with healthcare data analysis and data manipulation skills
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance data warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare enrollment, medical claims, and drug claims data
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with HEDIS software
