Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the 711th Human Performance Wing, the full-time remote Data Analyst will lead the analysis of health surveillance data and military records to assist in the Department of the Air Force's Suicide Risk and Sexual Assault Analysis mission.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analysis of health surveillance data and military records to support risk reduction across the USAF Total Force
- Maintain and fine-tune suicide risk models and sexual assault risk models, including data processing and cleaning
- Draft and present technical reports and briefings on study and analysis status while collaborating with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science (MS), or PhD in Epidemiology, Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
- Advanced analytical skills in population health and health data surveillance
- Demonstrated ability to design and lead data analyses involving health surveillance and military records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, and Adobe Acrobat
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
