Job Summary
To support a profitable healthcare technology company, the fully remote Data Analyst will analyze client performance on the Anna platform, build reporting views for Client Success leaders, and investigate trends and root causes to drive actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client performance against contractual goals and operational benchmarks on the Anna platform
- Build and maintain reporting views to provide a clear picture of book-of-business health for Client Success leaders
- Investigate performance trends and translate findings into actionable narratives for operational leaders and clients
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on data analyst experience with large and varied datasets
- Strong background in SQL, including writing complex queries against relational datasets
- Working proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Data visualization experience in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline
