Data Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Platform Data Analyst will translate transport platform data requirements into technical data models and schemas, collaborating with product SMEs and the Global TMS Data Architect to ensure data is structured and ready for reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product SMEs and stakeholders to gather data requirements and define KPIs across transport platforms
- Develop data matrices, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and detailed data schemas for transport applications
- Design and document semantic layers that align with business processes and reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database design with 3+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with data modeling tools and ERD creation (e.g., Erwin, Lucidchart)
- Understanding of ETL and data integration concepts
