Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of a behavioral health platform, the remote Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies, manage data visualization and reporting, and conduct quantitative analyses to drive informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine data visualizations and automated quality reports to communicate outcomes and trends to stakeholders
- Conduct quantitative analyses using SQL and Python to support business strategies and enhance product development
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to present data insights and recommendations that influence decision-making processes
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with healthcare data
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or computer science
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel
- Familiarity with data modeling and pipeline management in a data warehouse environment
