Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a healthcare organization's compliance and data analytics initiative, the contract Data Analyst will work remotely for six months, focusing on consolidating data from multiple sources and creating user-friendly Tableau dashboards tailored to various audiences, including operational teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources into meaningful reporting solutions
- Build sophisticated Tableau dashboards and visualizations from the ground up
- Conduct discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to understand business and reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Tableau with experience building sophisticated dashboards
- Strong/advanced experience with Salesforce, including data manipulation and reporting
- Proficient in Excel with skills in handling large or complex spreadsheets
- Experience in analyzing healthcare-related data is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and executive presence for effective communication with senior leadership
