Data Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational excellence, the full-time remote Data Analyst will leverage performance data to identify fulfillment quality gaps, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional insights within the Platform Excellence Operations Analytics team.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and resolve retailer performance issues while building dashboards for simplified problem diagnosis
• Analyze large datasets related to Retailer Fulfillment Quality to derive actionable business insights and reduce quality issues
• Create and present insights decks to cross-functional stakeholders, framing findings as clear narratives backed by data

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a data analytics-related role such as business intelligence or data science
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Strong ability to aggregate and synthesize large datasets with a deep understanding of fulfillment metrics
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for effective communication of insights
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and propose new ideas
