Job Summary

Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Data Analyst I will integrate multiple data sets, provide reliable reporting, and support information systems initiatives while working independently within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable findings for stakeholders
• Provide timely and accurate management reporting while ensuring data quality
• Create innovative solutions for complex data analysis requests and assist in information system projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
• Demonstrated ability to apply innovative solutions to complex challenges autonomously
• Detail-oriented with strong data and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts effectively
