Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the NBCU Digital Media Sales Local Inventory & Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated and ad-hoc reporting solutions while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Enhance the existing Python codebase to support reporting, automation, and data workflows
- Manage Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, to meet reporting and analytics needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Highly skilled in Excel, including advanced formulas and data reconciliation techniques
- Proficiency in Python, particularly with pandas for data manipulation and analysis
- Deep working knowledge of Tableau, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions and calculated fields
