Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Data Analyst will engage in data exploration, gather business requirements, and produce technical documentation while working remotely with occasional office visits in the Maryland, DC, or Northern Virginia area.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in data exploration using various programming languages and database structures
- Support stakeholders in gathering business and technical requirements to deliver data-driven solutions
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and business recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 3 years of data analysis or relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with Big Data/NoSQL platforms preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledge of analytical tools, languages, and applications
