Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the remote Data Analyst will write code, build data pipelines, and apply AI to transform revenue data into actionable insights and automation, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python and SQL scripts and pipelines to ensure accurate and consistent data movement between HubSpot and other systems
- Design and automate dashboards in PowerBI and HubSpot, translating raw data into executive-ready reports that influence business strategy
- Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows to automate reporting and data tasks, while evaluating AI tools for operational use cases
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including data manipulation and automation scripting
- Hands-on experience applying AI and LLM tools to real workflows
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred experience with HubSpot CRM and cloud data warehouses like BigQuery
