Data Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with key organizational leaders, the full-time remote Data Analyst will deliver insightful reporting tools and in-depth analyses that facilitate data-driven decision-making while translating complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to solve cross-functional business challenges and provide key insights
• Analyze operational initiatives to measure effectiveness and recommend process optimizations based on data-driven analysis
• Develop and leverage cross-functional dashboards and reports to provide timely data for decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or statistical analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, DAX, Python, and/or R
• Strong data visualization skills using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
