Data Analyst
Job Summary
Thriving in a high-growth environment, the full-time remote Data Analyst will transform data into actionable insights, drive operational improvements, and support the Operations team in understanding performance across the patient journey and advocate workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in patient journeys and advocate workflows
- Model capacity and throughput to analyze advocate utilization and supply/demand balance for proactive staffing
- Build scalable analytics by designing and maintaining dashboards that provide self-serve access to key metrics for various teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly in healthcare operations
- Fluency in healthcare operations, including understanding care delivery processes and operational data challenges
- Proficiency in advanced SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
- Strong background in BI and dashboarding tools, preferably Hex or similar
- Expertise in data wrangling, including working with structured and semi-structured data
