Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a newly launched business initiative, the contract Data Analyst will work remotely to develop audit reporting, create and automate dashboards, and generate actionable insights that drive data-driven decision making in a healthcare organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop audit reporting and analytics for the Therapeutic Interchange program
- Create and maintain reporting focused on program activity, performance metrics, and cost savings
- Analyze data across multiple programs to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions
- Healthcare analytics experience, preferably in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
