Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation of SaaS products for hospital customers, the full-time remote Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data from various healthcare systems while ensuring data integrity and providing customer-facing support.
Key responsibilities
- Validate, reconcile, and analyze data from disparate systems using Excel to ensure data integrity
- Communicate data findings and troubleshoot technical issues as the primary point of contact for customers
- Perform data extraction using SQL and develop solutions for ongoing reporting needs through automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel for complex problem-solving and data trending
- Moderate experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
