Job Summary
Supporting the implementation of a statewide Health Information Exchange, the full-time Data Analyst will develop dashboards, conduct population health analysis, and translate clinical quality specifications into reporting logic while working remotely from designated locations in Mississippi.
Key responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for program, provider, and payer stakeholders
- Analyze healthcare utilization and population health trends to identify care gaps
- Translate HEDIS, MIPS, and clinical quality specifications into analytical reporting logic
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, public health, health informatics, statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics and reporting
- Strong SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development skills
- Experience analyzing clinical or payer data for population health use cases
- Ability to document analytical logic and communicate findings to stakeholders
