Job Summary
To support impactful interventions for the justice-involved population, the full-time Impact Analytics Data Analyst will analyze historical and future impact data, build statistical models using Python and SQL, and collaborate with stakeholders to inform product strategy, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build statistical models to quantify historical impact and estimate future outcomes of interventions
- Collaborate with the growth and fundraising team to communicate impact analysis findings to various stakeholders
- Develop automated workflows for continuous tracking of progress in improving outcomes for the justice-involved population
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience analyzing and processing complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL for working with large datasets and writing efficient queries
- Strong familiarity with Python, particularly the Pandas package for statistical analysis and data visualization
- Ability to inspect source data and prepare analyses suitable for various applications
- Experience collaborating with diverse internal and external partners in a data-oriented culture
