Supporting the broader data team, the full-time Data Analyst will gather business requirements, document processes, and assist in cleaning and standardizing data while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with business stakeholders to gather and translate data needs into actionable requirements for the data team
- Create and maintain documentation of requirements, processes, and data workflows for team reference
- Identify data quality issues and support the team in cleaning and standardizing datasets
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience with data cleansing techniques, including deduplication and validation
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation
- Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
