Job Summary
Owning classification requests for US customers, the full-time remote Data Analyst will validate results for proofs of value, tune classifiers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data classification.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for classification requests and PoVs, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success
- Validate classification results before customer calls and participate as the classification expert during those discussions
- Track requests and outcomes to derive insights on trends and areas for improvement in the classification process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS or security company
- Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and ownership
- Proficiency in SQL for writing and adapting queries
- Ability to read, write, and test regular expressions
- Understanding of Git and code literacy, including familiarity with Python scripts
