Job Summary
Supporting analytic data needs in a full-time remote capacity, the Data Analyst I will manage data validation, reconciliation, and reporting while collaborating with various business and compliance partners to ensure data integrity for regulatory and audit processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks related to data review processes and mass data entry projects
- Complete data audits and evaluations within core systems to ensure accuracy
- Analyze workflow issues and data integrity problems, providing recommendations for resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
- Experience with SQL for querying and validating data
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools preferred
- Experience in healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, or compliance is highly preferred
