Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Army Research Laboratory's Military Engagement Program, the fully remote Data Analyst will analyze applicant and participant data, develop performance metrics, and prepare analytical reports to enhance program management and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to applicants, participants, and program performance to support Military Engagement Program operations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to monitor program effectiveness and track key performance indicators
- Validate historical data and ensure data quality while collaborating with program personnel to maintain accurate reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Experience utilizing SQL for querying and analyzing structured datasets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
