Data Analyst, Data Operations
Job Summary
To support the TPA Data Operations team, the full-time Data Analyst will manage data file exchanges with clients and vendors, analyze workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues while ensuring high-quality data pipelines in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage data file exchanges and communicate task statuses to team members and stakeholders
- Analyze insurance claims and data files for troubleshooting and ensure compliance with business requirements
- Coordinate EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades while resolving technical issues with engineering partners
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in system analysis, data analysis, or process improvement
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with flat file data structures and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau
- Knowledge of ANSI 5010 transactions preferred
