Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Advanced Associate, Measurement will provide data analysis support for large-scale custom assessment programs, collaborating with psychometric leads and conducting analyses using exploratory techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analyses using data mining, summarization, and statistics under supervision
• Prepare, format, and manage data for internal groups while evaluating data suitability for analysis
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and technology staff to fulfill contract deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with success in quantitative courses (e.g., statistics) or software programming courses
• Familiarity with statistical analysis platforms/packages such as SAS or Python
• Basic experience using Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Evidence of software development discipline or relevant coursework
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively in a remote setting
