Data Analyst II
Job Summary
Analyzing integrated datasets, the full-time remote Data Analyst II will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify value areas, develop solutions, and deliver insights aimed at reducing healthcare costs and improving clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze data from various healthcare sources to extract actionable insights
- Support large-scale project execution with limited direction, identifying and resolving data irregularities
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, statistics, or healthcare administration
- 2+ years of experience with large databases and data management or 1+ years in IT
- Preferred experience in healthcare analytics and knowledge of SQL/query languages
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python and R is advantageous
- Understanding of statistical and analytical techniques, including trend analysis and data modeling
