Data Analyst II
Job Summary
Analyzing health management programs, the full-time Data Analyst II will handle complex data requests, perform predictive data modeling, and generate reports, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data collection, validation, and outcome measurement for health management programs
- Generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, interfacing with senior management and stakeholders
- Execute data changes and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues and assist in training lower-level Data Analysts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
- Proficiency in coding with R and/or Python, along with supporting SQL skills
- Experience with IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting
- Familiarity with data cleansing and reconciliation analysis
