Data Analyst II
Job Summary
To support utility customer migrations to VertexOne's CIS platform, the full-time salaried Data Analyst II will extract, profile, map, and validate data from legacy systems while ensuring data accuracy and stability throughout the migration process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for migration engineers, reviewing mappings and validation results
- Execute mock conversions and production cutovers, ensuring data quality and adherence to business rules
- Develop automated workflows to improve migration efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of migration methodologies
Required qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or ETL roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data validation
- Experience with utility CIS or billing platforms and data mapping practices
- Familiarity with ETL or workflow tools such as KNIME or Python for automation
- Ability to manage multiple migration workstreams in a fast-paced environment
