Data Analyst II

Job Summary

Analyzing extensive datasets to drive business decisions, the full-time remote Data Analyst II will collaborate with stakeholders to identify value areas, develop solutions, and deliver insights aimed at reducing care costs and improving clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from various sources, including healthcare provider and member data
• Support large-scale project execution with minimal direction and manage multiple tasks within targeted timelines
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, statistics, or healthcare administration
• 2+ years of experience with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 1+ years in IT
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python and R
• Preferred knowledge of statistical techniques, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
