Job Summary
To support healthcare decision-making, the full-time Data Analyst II Healthcare Analytics in Medical Economics will analyze extensive datasets, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver insights aimed at reducing care costs and improving clinical outcomes, working remotely from the greater Little Rock, AR area.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple healthcare sources to extract actionable insights
- Support large-scale project execution with minimal direction and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities
- Communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 1+ years of IT experience
- Healthcare analytics experience preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques, including data modeling and trend analysis
